Starting on 26th January at the Community Hub & Café at Galanos House from 11:30am-1pm, the group coaching sessions are for individuals interested in smoothing the transition period to menopause and optimising health in the long run.
They will be friendly, open discussions in a group setting to promote learning and peer support with a focus on lifestyle and all that can be done to improve symptoms naturally.
The sessions will explore aspects of lifestyle that influence symptoms and ways women can adapt well to change whilst gaining an understanding of their bodies. With knowledge we can regain trust in our bodies and embrace the future with more confidence.
Group Coaching sessions are free to all patients registered with the EAST PCN surgeries: Kineton, Harbury, Fenny Compton, Southam and St Wulfstan.
There will be total of 4 fortnightly sessions of 90 minutes in a friendly environment of gradual learning and discovery. The programme is designed and delivered by the Senior PCN Health Coach.
