Warwickshire East PCN are looking to recruit a Clinical Pharmacist who is passionate for delivering a quality service to their patients. The Clinical Pharmacist will support patients to get the best from their medications by changing medication to agreed and approved protocols, improving repeat prescribing processes in General Practice, including promotion of repeat dispensing and online ordering, minimising clinical risk, reducing wasted medicines and improving overall health outcomes for our patients. 

Candidates must be able to travel to GP practices in Southam and surrounding areas.
